Job Interest Form – Sales Events

Thank you for your interest in working with us!  We greatly appreciate you being part of the CWS family.  We are looking to add a few people to our staff list for our spring sale season.  Many of our staff started out as customers, including our owner, Betsy Breen!  So, we figured our loyal customer list was a good place to start our search:-)  A few things about the job before you submit the form:

This is a very flexible, fun part-time job. We hold approximately 8-10 sale events per year that range from 2 – 9 days.  Before an event, our employees receive an email with the dates and times of the event and they reply with their availability to work.  You are not required to work a shift each sale. The schedule is dependent on your availability. You are also not guaranteed to get a shift during a sale.  It will depend on how many people are available. People with more availability are given preference when scheduling as it is the most efficient for the business to have a person work multiple shifts.

Preference will be given to applicants that are available to work Saturdays, but it is not required as we also need weekday & evening help.  We understand that your availability will vary due to family obligations, vacations, etc.
