We are so excited to see you again!  To keep you, your fellow shoppers and our team members safe, we’ve instituted new safety protocols.

One of the steps we’re taking to protect you and others is that all shoppers and team members are now asked to wear a face mask or adequate face covering when in our store at all times. We believe this is the right thing to do for everyone’s safety.

To ensure social distancing, we will limit the number of customers allowed in the store at any given time. We ask that you please continue to maintain appropriate distancing while in our store.

  • As many of you know, Saturdays & Sundays are our busiest days!  To help with social distancing and to be respectful of your time, we are offering appointments to secure your time to shop.  This will help to prevent a line from forming to enter the store and it will minimize your wait time.  Click here to make an appointment.

  • We are requiring a $20 deposit to secure your spot, but this will be applied to your purchase.  If you spend less than $20 in the store, your change will be returned as if you paid $20 cash at checkout.  If you don’t find anything to purchase (is this possible?! ), your $20 will be refunded to you.  Please note that if you do not show up for your appointment, the fee is non-refundable.  We will also have appointment slots available for the weekdays if you’d like to guarantee your ability to shop at a specific time. 

  • Please note that appointments are not required.  We will allow walk-ins as space allows based on the number of shoppers currently in the store.  Appointments are just an opportunity to secure your time to shop.

Other safety standards we’ve put into place include thorough and regular store cleaning, ensuring hand sanitizer is readily available for your use in the dressing room and in the front lobby, as well as the following:

  • If a line should start to form to enter the store, use the dressing rooms, or at checkout, we will take phone numbers to prevent lines forming. A team member will call you when it is your turn. 

  • We will hold clothes that customers try on and not return them to the floor for 24 hours.  When possible, we will steam the clothes to clean them, and return them to the racks. 

  • We will close some dressing rooms to allow for social distancing.

  • The bathrooms will be closed to the public and for employee use only. 

  • We will not provide water or candy or have a sign-in sheet at the front door.

  • We will sanitize the baskets and shopping bags after they are used, before they go to another customer.  

  • We have moved the credit card machines to the checkout table. Please plan to pay with credit or debit card if possible.  We will still accept cash transactions if necessary.

We know that some may find these measures inconvenient, but we believe protecting our customers and team members is the right thing to do in these times.
